Farmers Market Garden Center.

Despite their name, Farmers Market isn’t so much a farmers market, but more of a large-scale garden center specializing in flowers like annuals and perennials and other gardening supplies like mulch, stone/gravel, and soil and potting mix.  When we first arrived at Farmers Market, we were overwhelmed with the endless amount of flowers to choose from.  We ended up buying Coleus Trailing Plums, Begonias, Floral Lace Dianthus, Salvia Splendens, and a Osteospermum.  The staff at Farmers Market were very knowledgeable and a great help to us since we’re definitely not expert gardeners.  Overall, we’re very happy with our selections, and we feel all of the flowers compliment each other very well.  Our back deck now has some life to it, making it a pleasant destination to have a drink or read a book, especially now that Chicago is starting to warm up!
